Found a raccoon family living in a customer's engine bay in Phoenix

I do mobile detailing and got a call to clean up a sedan that sat for 2 months in a driveway near 44th Street. Popped the hood for a pre-rinse and there were 3 babies staring at me from on top of the valve cover, momma was nowhere. Took 45 minutes just to gently coax them out with a shop vac on low and some tuna I grabbed from a 7-Eleven. Anyone else ever dealt with critters nesting under the hood and how do you handle the cleanup without freaking the owner out?
