Shoutout to the guy who told me I was scrubbing paint instead of cleaning it
Some dude at a cars and coffee in Dallas pointed out my wash mitt technique was basically sanding the clear coat with dirt. Switched to the two-bucket method and a Grit Guard insert and my black paint actually looks black now instead of hazy. Anybody else get humbled by a random stranger at a meet?

What soap are you using? Some strip wax too.

Man I used to think soap was soap but nah I totally get what you mean now. I tried a castile one and it stripped everything off my hair and left it feeling like straw.

Stripped everything off" is putting it lightly, that's a chemical peel for your scalp. My hair looked like I'd been in a fight with a hay bale and lost. Guess some soaps are better left for dishes and floors.
