Warning: I used a broker for my move from Denver to Phoenix and paid $400 more than going direct
The broker just posted my car on a load board and added their cut on top, while the direct carrier I called for my second car gave me a flat $850 with no surprise fees. Has anyone else gotten burned by a broker markup like this?
