I fed 3 months of my warehouse emails into a free AI tool and it spit out a plan to cut 4 of our 11 picker jobs
Last Tuesday I ran our shift schedules, order logs, and headcount sheets through a free AI tool just to see what would happen, and it came back with a full writeup saying we could automate 4 of our 11 picker positions with conveyor sorters and cut our night crew by 6 people, which is a lot more specific than I was ready for, so I'm wondering if anyone else has run their own workplace data through one of these tools and gotten a number back that felt way too real.
