I finally gave the AI scheduler a real shot after 9 months of avoiding it
I used to manually book all my contractor jobs, kept a paper calendar in my truck and everything. Last month my brother set up an AI scheduling tool on my phone while I was busy, and I was ready to delete it. Then it auto-rescheduled three jobs after a client cancelled at 7am and I got to sleep in for once. Now I keep it for the messy parts, but I still double check every booking before I confirm. Has anyone else let an AI handle something small and ended up trusting it more than they thought they would?

My buddy Mike swore he'd never let a robot near his landscaping clients, then one night it moved his Tuesday lawn jobs to Wednesday without him touching it. He was pissed until both customers texted him saying the new time worked way better for their schedules. He still calls it the robot but now he upgrades its settings every month like it's his hobby.
