Just wasted 6 hours fighting a bot that kept rejecting my claim

I tried to file an unemployment claim in Ohio yesterday and the automated chat kept looping me back to the same menu, never letting me type my issue. After 6 hours of clicking and restarting, I finally got a human on the phone and she fixed it in 4 minutes. How long have you guys spent stuck in those AI customer service mazes before giving up?
