My estimator got replaced by a spreadsheet in 24 hours

I was at a supply house in Tucson last Thursday and overheard a contractor talking about how he fed 3 years of job data into some AI tool and now it bids jobs faster than his best guy. Has anyone else seen these quoting bots start showing up in your local shops?

Track your data input errors first - garbage in, garbage out with those bots.

Three years of feeding customer data into those bots and getting garbage back. Olivia's post made me go back and check my input logs, found typos in 12% of my fields. Fixed those errors first and now the predictions actually make sense.
