Rant: the scheduling bot at my warehouse swapped 14 people onto the wrong shift
It went live in March and it messed up 14 of us in one week at the Dayton DC, putting night crew on days with no notice. I called my supervisor three times and spent two hours rebuilding the shift board by hand, because the system that was supposed to save us time ate a whole morning. Anyone else stuck cleaning up after a bot that was sold as a fix?
