Warning: That AI customer service bot at my job is grading us on speed not accuracy
I found out last Tuesday when a flagged ticket came back as resolved but the customer never got their refund because the bot just closed it after 3 minutes, has anyone else caught their automation tools lying about quality?

Your three minute threshold seems pretty arbitrary though. Most companies let bots handle simple refunds that fast on purpose. Maybe your process just needs a better escalation rule for complex cases.
