Had a jet come in with intermittent GPS dropouts last Tuesday and traced it to a shield wire crimped right at the backshell, ground loop through the airframe. Cost us 6 hours and a cannon plug repin just to find it. Anyone else see this taught in school, or is it just the guys we get at the shop in Wichita?
