That Tuesday in Wichita when three jets came in squawking the same weird fault
Had a day at the shop in Wichita where three different jets rolled in with the same intermittent radio squawk, and none of us could pull a code off the box. Turned out a new guy had swapped two connectors behind the panel during a rush job the week before, so I lost about 4 hours chasing a ghost that wasn't there. I don't blame him, we've all done it, but it's the first time I've seen the same fault copy itself across three airframes in one shift. How do you all handle it when you suspect the last guy's work without pointing fingers?

Ask him to walk the panel with you, no blame, just show him what you found. Most guys will own it once they see it.
