Why does nobody talk about the time pressure during a pitot-static leak check?

I was doing a 24-month inspection on a King Air in Phoenix, and the system wouldn't hold pressure after I'd already buttoned up half the interior. I had to pull panels back out and found a cracked line behind the copilot's seat, which took an extra three hours. What's your go-to method for finding those hidden leaks fast?

Finding a leak after you've closed up panels is the worst. @aaron_mitchell knows that pain too. A good soapy water mix is still my fastest way to spot the small ones.

Man, that sounds like my worst nightmare with a rental property's sprinkler system last summer.

Wait, it was a rental property's system? That's a whole new level of bad. I'd be losing my mind if I had to deal with that mess for a house I didn't even live in. The back and forth with tenants and contractors sounds awful. You must have spent the whole summer on the phone.
