I thought outsourcing our customer support was a bad idea until we tried it.

We hired a firm in Manila for $2,500 a month and our CSAT score jumped 15 points in a quarter. Anyone else have a good experience with a specific B2B support service?

Totally get the luck vs process thing. It took me a lot of trial and error to find a good fit.

I read a blog post by a recruiter who said most people find good jobs through weak ties, not close friends. She suggested making a list of 20 target companies and reaching out to two contacts at each one. The key was asking for a quick chat about their role, not asking for a job right away.
