Our CRM rollout in Cleveland went south after 6 weeks
Honestly, we switched to a new CRM at our small logistics firm back in March. The sales team loved the demo, but after 6 weeks of full rollout, nobody was logging calls or follow-ups. Turns out the onboarding training was just a 2 hour video, not hands on help. We paid $4,800 for the first year and now we're stuck with a system that's basically a fancy spreadsheet. I'm wondering if anyone else has had success asking the vendor for a refund or renegotiating mid contract. Or should we just eat the cost and go back to our old setup from Excel and shared inboxes?
