Crushing it? That feels like a huge stretch lol. My feed is just people posting the same humble brags and fake deep thoughts about leadership. It's turned into a performance where everyone's acting like they have it all figured out for the clout. The actual useful talks and job stuff seems buried under all the noise. Feels pretty dead for real connection if you ask me.

Spot on. It's all just noise now. Everyone's trying to look like a thought leader instead of a real person. The useful stuff gets lost in the show. Feels like a stage where nobody's being honest. Makes the whole thing pointless for actual talk.

Honestly, I just read a breakdown that said cold email is basically dead unless you're hyper-personal. My team ditched it completely. We get all our new clients through referrals now. We just ask our current happy customers for introductions. It's slower to start but the quality is so much higher. Everyone's so sick of being pitched.
