Update: My client in Austin told me their old agency charged $5k a month just for 'strategy calls'

They said the calls were just the agency repeating their own ideas back to them. Has anyone else seen this kind of billing for zero actual work?

How do agencies even get away with that? It's just lazy to charge for repackaging a client's own thoughts. That's a quick way to ruin trust for good.

My old agency did that, @diana_kim66. I just fired them.
