I handle a lot of vendor sign-ups at work and one staffing service we use sent us a 30 page onboarding packet back in March. Their new one that came last week is down to 6 pages and the whole thing is a checklist with links instead of walls of text. Turns out they hired someone from outside the industry to redo it after losing a couple of mid-size clients over how slow the setup was. Curious if other people are seeing service providers trim their paperwork like this, or is it just the ones we deal with?
