My local theater showed 'The Room' last Friday and the energy was wild

I went to the midnight showing at the Alamo Drafthouse in Austin. They had plastic spoons for us to throw at the screen, which is a tradition for that movie. The best part was when the whole crowd started yelling lines back at the screen, especially during the weird flower shop scene. I've seen it at home, but with 200 people laughing and shouting, it felt totally different. It was like a big, messy party for a movie that doesn't make any sense. I even saw a guy dressed up like Tommy Wiseau in a tuxedo. Has anyone else been to a screening where the audience made the bad movie way more fun?

Ever feel like you're the only one who hasn't been to one of these? My social life is clearly a bad movie that needs a crowd to make it fun.

My last party invite was for a three year old's birthday. You're not missing much.
