PSA: A friend told me my bad movie nights were too "mean" - changed everything

I used to rip apart every cheesy line and bad effect in stuff like The Room or Birdemic. A buddy said I sounded like I hated having fun. So I started just laughing at the weird choices instead of roasting them. Now I invite people over and we cheer for the bad green screen or the terrible acting. It became less about judging and more about sharing the WTF moments. Anyone else shift from hating to just enjoying the trainwreck?
