PSA: I watched 'Birdemic' with my film class expecting a joke, and they all took it seriously.

The professor in my Tuesday night class at the community college spent 45 minutes analyzing the 'environmental themes' and 'deliberate technical choices' in that movie, completely missing the point that it's just a beautiful, broken mess of bad CGI birds and awkward acting.

Thought that too, then saw the eagles.

Nah, those are hawks for sure. Eagles are way bigger and have a different wing shape.

Honestly, maybe the professor is onto something. Could be the director's genius was just too advanced for the rest of us. A true artist hides deep meaning behind terrible green screen and wooden line delivery.
