That $19 silicone bread sling from Amazon warped on my second bake and ruined a $60 loaf
The handles got so soft at 475F that the whole thing folded and dumped my sourdough onto the stone upside down. Has anyone found a sling that actually holds up at high heat, or should I just go back to parchment?
