My neighbor in Tulsa told me to stop opening the oven door to check my cakes, and my last 3 bakes finally stopped sinking
She said every peek drops the temp about 25 degrees, so now I just turn on the oven light and wait, and has anyone else had a cake go from flat to tall just by quitting that habit?
