My barber's take on tipping flipped my whole view on service jobs
After 12 years at the same chair in Columbus, he told me he'd rather have a regular who tips $2 every visit than a new guy who drops $20 once, and now I'm questioning if we've got the whole tipping system backwards, anyone else rethink this after a real conversation with someone in the industry?
