My uncle's 30-year-old rant about lawn darts made me question my own bans
He said the 1988 CPSC recall was about protecting idiots, not kids, and now I'm wondering if my push to ban those cheap magnetic fidget toys in our local PTA went too far after seeing a kid swallow one in Akron last spring, so has anyone else re-evaluated a product ban after hearing an old-timer's take?
