Am I the only one who thinks walk-ins are killing the vibe?
Last Friday I took 11 walk-ins between 3 and 7pm and each one wanted a skin fade, so my 4pm regular of 6 years got bumped twice. He left without a word and I have not heard from him since. My books were full before this walk-in rush started, and I think turning away the schedule crowd for random heads is a bad trade. Anyone else cut walk-ins to protect regulars, or am I overthinking this?
