Client sat down 20 min before close last Friday and asked for a skin fade, how do you all handle late walk-ins?
Last Friday at my shop in Toledo this guy walks in at 7:40pm when we close at 8, no call ahead, and asks for a full skin fade with a lineup. I took him cause I hate turning people away but it turned into 35 minutes and my wife was waiting in the car texting me the whole time. Now I'm torn cause taking him meant an extra $30 but I was wiping down clippers past 8:15 while my partner had already locked up. Do you all set a hard cutoff like no cuts after 7:30, or do you just take whoever walks through the door and eat the time?
