Which video are you talking about? I tried to follow one of those speed tutorials last week and ended up with a haircut that looked like I did it blindfolded.

I always thought those hot towel setups were just for show. But seeing that Chicago guy fold and steam it so fast, I had to try it. The trick with the second towel in the warmer while you use the first one? That's what really shaved off the time for me.
