PSA: A customer in line at my shop said my fades were clean but my chair side manner was cold, so now I talk more and it changed my whole day
She said I barely said 10 words the whole cut, so I started asking one real question at the start of every appointment and now guys actually book with me by name.

Barbers really do be therapists with clippers. One good question beats 20 minutes of silence every time.
Funny how the cut was never the problem.
