Thought I was too good for thinning shears until last Thursday
Cut the time in half right when I needed it most. The texture came out way smoother too.

Has anyone tried using thinning shears on wet hair versus dry hair? I've been doing it on damp hair for a while now and it changes everything. The shears glide through way easier and you get a softer blend. But you have to be careful not to overdo it because wet hair stretches. Dry cuts are more predictable but take longer and can leave a choppy look if you rush. That's the trick nobody tells you about.

Oh man, my friend swore by her cheap pair for years then finally switched to proper ones. She said it was like going from a butter knife to a chef's blade.

Hear you, but I've had the opposite luck with cheap tools honestly. A solid mid-range option has always treated me better than pricey upgrades.
