Debate: Should you post 3 times a day or just when you have something good?

My buddy in Denver swears posting daily kept his account alive, but I had a chat with a small business owner who says she only posts once a week with REAL value and her engagement went up 40%. Which side are you on for beating the algorithm, frequency or quality?

Oh wow, that is the most relatable thing I have read all week. So you basically wasted time every day for no good reason. I guess the algorithm just likes a little mystery and not seeing your face every single morning. Maybe we should all just go silent and let the internet miss us for a change.

Man, "let the internet miss us for a change" really hit me. That's exactly what happened on my end. I used to stress about posting literally every single day and it just felt like I was shouting into a void. Then I went on a trip for two weeks with no service, came back, and my engagement was actually higher than when I was posting daily. Like the algorithm realized I was gone and decided to give me a little boost when I came back. Now I just post when I actually have something to say or a good photo, maybe 2 or 3 times a week tops. It's way less pressure and honestly my page has been more consistent ever since.
