Just spent 3 hours fixing a caption typo that tanked my reach

I posted a reel last week with a typo in the first line of the caption and it got like 50 views. I fixed it, re uploaded it with the same hashtags and time, and it blew up to 12k views overnight. The only difference was one misspelled word in the first sentence. I guess the algorithm scans the caption for quality or something. Has anyone else seen a huge drop from a tiny error like that? I'm thinking of proofreading captions twice now before hitting post.

@harper914 oh DEFINITELY, I caught a typo AFTER posting once and the panic edit seemed to jolt the algorithm into giving it a SECOND wind, it was WEIRD. Proofreading can backfire if you overthink it and end up messing with a hashtag that was actually working.
