My first 100 posts vanished because I posted at 9am sharp every day

Turns out my entire audience in Chicago is active around 11pm, not morning. I checked my analytics in Buffer and saw a 60% drop in reach for any post scheduled before 10am. I had been religiously posting at the same time for 6 months because some YouTube guy said consistency was king. Has anyone else had a similar wake-up call where the data completely contradicted the usual advice?
