Overheard a random guy at Starbucks say 'just post at 6am every day' like it was a magic spell

I was waiting for my order and this dude was dead serious telling his friend that posting at 6am doubled his reach in 2 weeks. I wanted to laugh but then I got curious and tried it myself for a week on my art account. My engagement actually went up like 15% even though I usually post at night. Has anyone else had weirdly specific times work for them or did I just get lucky?
