Picked daily posting over quality content for 3 months straight
I chose to post every single day on Instagram instead of spending time making one good post a week. Got more views in month two, but by month three my engagement dropped by half and I had nothing worth saving. Anyone else burned out from chasing the algorithm?

Maybe people just got tired of seeing you in their feed that often.

Aaron completely nailed it. Posting constantly without mixing things up is a surefire way to get people to scroll past you without a second thought. I used to post at 7am every single day for months and watched my engagement drop off a cliff until I realized nobody wants to see the same type of content every morning. @juliarodriguez is spot on that quality matters way more than just showing up all the time. Have you guys noticed the same thing when you take a break for a few days and then post something really good?
