Question about why Instagram shadowbanned my posts for 3 weeks
I spent 21 days trying to figure out why my engagement dropped to zero, and it turned out I was using a hashtag that Instagram flagged as spam two years ago, has anyone else dealt with old hashtags ruining their reach?

Oh man, I went through this exact nightmare last summer. I had been using #bookstagram for years and suddenly my stuff tanked. Finally checked a hashtag audit tool and it showed that tag was basically dead from spam. I had to delete all my old posts with it and rebuild from scratch. The wild part is Instagram doesn't warn you, you just have to play detective with each tag. Now I rotate my hashtags every few weeks and check them on a site called Display Purposes before I use them.
