Shoutout to the IT guy who saved me from a stupid email mistake
Back in 2018 I worked at a call center in Tampa with 400 reps. I almost hit reply-all on a vent about my supervisor to the whole company email list. This older IT guy named Ray saw me hovering over the send button and just said 'double check who's in the To field, trust me.' He walked me through setting up a 2 minute delay on Outlook, which is the only reason I still have that job on my resume. Has anyone else had a random coworker quietly stop them from a career-ending slip up?
