Watched our IT team cut ticket times from 4 hours to 20 minutes after one meeting in Denver
I work at a big insurance company and our IT help desk used to take 4 hours on average to close a basic password ticket. Last March our new VP flew in from Denver and made one change: she killed the 12 approval steps down to 2. By May the same tickets were closing in under 20 minutes. Anyone else seen a big company actually fix a broken process instead of just adding more meetings?
