Finally got my DIY aurora camera rig working after 3 blown circuits
Last night at 2am near Duluth, I caught actual green pillars on my first successful trigger setup. I've been tinkering with a hacked together sensor for 4 months and it just clicked. The key was grounding everything to a single point, which sounds obvious now but took me forever to figure out. My neighbor thought I was signaling aliens with the blinking LEDs, which honestly made it funnier. Has anyone else had a build that only worked after you stopped overcomplicating the wiring?
