Finally finished my 90s sci-fi binge project I started three years ago

Back in 2021, I decided to watch every major 90s sci-fi show from start to finish. I just wrapped up the final episode of 'Babylon 5' last night. It took me a while because I'd only watch an episode or two a week, but sticking with it felt good. The whole arc from 'The X-Files' to 'Deep Space Nine' was a wild ride. Seeing how the special effects and stories changed over that decade was the coolest part. Anyone else tackled a long-term binge like this, maybe with a different genre?

Man, that's some serious dedication right there...

Totally get it. I had to do something similar last year. Setting small, daily goals was the only thing that kept me going. Even twenty minutes a day added up over time. It felt less overwhelming than looking at the whole project. The key was not missing two days in a row.

Yeah, "serious dedication" is a nice way to put it, @rowan_wells30. I mostly just didn't want to feel like a total slacker.

So you basically turned a fun hobby into a part-time job for three years? I admire the grind, even if @claire_grant34's twenty-minutes-a-day method sounds way less painful. Finishing Babylon 5 is a real badge of honor though, that last season is a trip.
