I used to watch shows one episode a week, now I wait for the whole season

For years I watched shows as they aired on TV. I'd catch the new episode of something every Tuesday night. It was fine. Then about two years ago, I started waiting for the whole season of a show to be out before I'd start. The change happened after I tried to watch a mystery show week by week. I forgot key details between episodes. Now I wait, and I just finished the whole new season of a spy drama in one weekend. It's way better for remembering the story. Does anyone else do this now, or do you still like the weekly wait?

Oh man, my buddy did that with a graphics card. He was so sure the price would drop more if he just waited. Ended up stuck using his old one that could barely run anything new for like 27 months. By the time he bought it, the next gen was already announced. I mean, sometimes you just gotta pull the trigger.
