“Premium” just means they figured out how to charge you more for the same glitchy mess.

You know, I actually had the complete opposite experience with Paramount Plus's premium tier last month. I paid $220 for the year and got 4K HDR on every device, no buffering at all during my Yellowstone marathon. I think sometimes people blame the service when it's really their wifi router or internet plan holding them back. I upgraded to a mesh network last year and suddenly all my streaming problems vanished. Maybe give it another try with a hardwired ethernet connection before writing off the whole premium thing.

@riverdavis nailed it... "premium" is just a fancy word for "we want more of your money." What streaming service was it, and did the buffering or the picture quality crap out first? Sometimes it feels like they flip a switch to make the free version look better after you pay.
