Showerthought: I always thought 'The Bear' was too stressful to binge
Then I read that the entire first season was filmed in just 18 days, which explains that frantic, real-time energy. Has anyone else had a show's behind-the-scenes fact totally change how you watch it?

Wow, that makes me like it more.

Found out they shot the first season of 24 in real time, like one episode per day. Totally ruined the magic for me. Knowing they were just rushing through it made all the tension feel fake and cheap. Now I can't watch it without picturing the crew scrambling to meet a deadline. Sometimes you're better off not knowing how the sausage gets made.

That's wild, 18 days is nothing. Kinda like what @the_drew said about 24, but for me it was learning they built the Friends apartment set wrong on purpose. The door wall thing. Now I can't unsee it and it bugs me every rewatch.
