Vent: 'The Bear' Season 3 lost me after 2 episodes
I was so hyped for this show after binging season 2 in one weekend... but season 3 feels like they forgot what made it good. Episode 1 was just a 30 minute anxiety montage with barely any story, and episode 2 was all kitchen drama with zero cooking. Did anyone else tap out or does it get better after episode 4?

Gotta disagree with you there, honestly. That anxiety montage was exactly what made season 2 so good for me, it's like they finally showed the messy reality behind the scenes. And the kitchen drama episode had more heart than most cooking shows do in a whole season.

Three minutes of shaky cam is "heart" now?

Maybe try watching it again with the sound off and just focusing on the body language and facial expressions, that's what helped me catch all the little details I missed the first time.
