Warning: I started The Bear during a frozen pizza crisis and burned 3 pies in one night
Every time the kitchen scenes got intense I stopped watching my own oven, so now I have a rule about finishing one episode before I preheat anything.

See I go the other way with it. The chaos of that kitchen kinda ZONES me out, so I throw something in the oven before I even hit play and it handles itself while I'm locked in. Last week I did a whole tray of frozen dumplings during the "Review" episode and they came out perfect. The trick is stuff you can't really ruin, no hovering, no flipping, just set a timer and forget it.
