Found out my favorite 90s board game designer lives in my town

I was browsing BGG forums last night and stumbled on a thread where someone listed designer addresses from old magazines, and apparently Reiner Knizia lived two blocks from my apartment in 1995. Has anyone else ever looked up old addresses of designers from the Knizia era?
