Dropped $120 on a hydraulic bender from Harbor Freight and it buckled on the third tube.

Trying to bend 3/4 schedule 40 for a handrail and the die just crushed it flat, anyone have a recommendation for a rental place near Pittsburgh that actually works?

Try going through a welding supply shop instead, their rental stuff usually holds up way better.

Nah Harbor Freight rentals are garbage too.

Wait, are you serious? The die just pancaked it on the third tube? That's wild, I thought those Harbor Freight hydraulic benders at least had a decent ram. For 3/4 schedule 40, that's barely any work, I've seen guys use those to bend heavy wall stuff all day on YouTube. That thing must have had a defect from the factory or something because crushing that thin of a pipe is just sad. I'd be furious if I dropped $120 on that and it gave out that fast. Definitely try what jamieb80 said about the welding supply shop, they usually rent out proper stuff that won't fold on a basic handrail.
