My book club spent 3 months fighting over one question in Chapter 4 instead of finishing the book

We started Pachinko back in January and made it to page 180 before someone asked whether the pastor was lying about the boat money, and from there we never moved forward. Ten meetings, same 40 pages, and a whiteboard in Dana's garage that still has the same four names circled. Has anyone else had a club stall out on one chapter, and how do you get everyone to move on when half the group thinks the debate IS the meeting?
