Serious question, is the Kwikprint 26 really worth the price?
I spent $3,500 on a used Kwikprint 26 for foil stamping, and honestly, it's been a huge headache. The foil alignment is always a fight, and I've wasted so much material on bad impressions. Everyone says it's the gold standard, but I'm not seeing it. Has anyone else had trouble with these older machines, or did I just get a bad one?

Everyone says it's the gold standard" and you paid $3,500 for that?

Wait, three and a half grand? That's more than my last vacation cost. Calling it a gold standard doesn't make that price make any sense to me. You could get something just as good for way less.

Seriously, $3,500? I get that some things are high quality, but calling anything the "gold standard" feels like a marketing trap. In my experience, you often hit a point of paying way more for tiny improvements most people won't even notice. That price tag seems wild for what you probably actually get.
