Honestly the "scrap leather bin" part is what got me. I heard somewhere that Portland has some wild hidden spots like that where you can just dig through stuff for a few bucks. Feels like a goldmine honestly lol. I bet you found some seriously cool pieces that nobody else would even think to grab. Must be nice having that kind of resource right in your backyard instead of paying an arm and a leg online.
