That $40 heated travel mug from the mall kiosk in Toledo died on day 9
Bought it last month at a kiosk in Toledo because the guy swore it would keep coffee hot for 5 hours, and I had an 8 hour drive to see my folks. On day 9 the button just stopped clicking, so now I own a $40 thermos that keeps drinks lukewarm for maybe 40 minutes. Has anyone gotten a refund from a mall kiosk that vanished 2 weeks later, or am I stuck with this thing?

Did the guy give you a receipt or anything with a business name on it? Kiosks like that usually rent through the mall, so the mall office might know who to call even if the booth is gone. Nine days is way too short for it to just quit like that.
